The institution places great importance on the preventive health care of students, and for that reason the boarding house has an infirmary which, in cooperation with the Zemun Community Health Centre and other specialist institutions, provides health care and nursing for students. The health area consists of a surgery for nurses and a paediatrician, two rooms for isolating sick children, a waiting room and two sanitary areas with a bathroom.

To ensure the healthiest and most varied diet, the boarding house also has a kitchen where qualified staff prepare food, with the advice of a nutritionist, that meets the children's nutritional needs. The boarding house also has a laundry and a washing room equipped to meet the needs of all students. Qualified technicians ensure that the installations are in order and maintain the furniture so that students' safety is at the required level.
