Boarding House Activities

Students living in the boarding house are provided with a range of activities to make the best possible use of their free time and, according to their interests and abilities, can take part in the drama-and-puppetry, journalism and chess clubs, participate in the Student Parliament, attend Esperanto classes and training in acquiring everyday-living skills, which is held as needed in various rooms of the boarding house. There is particular interest in the possibilities offered by our modern digital lab, where the core activity of our institution — psychosocial and vocational rehabilitation — is also carried out. It is equipped with 16 workstations, the fastest internet in the school, the most modern adaptive software for the blind and partially sighted, and an interactive whiteboard. The lab is available both to students and to staff for holding demonstration and model lessons.
